Palm Beach hot spot, Imoto, now has a fabulous new chef serving up the best sushi on the island. Originally from Yokohama, Japan, Taiki Kuramoto has worked for the world’s best chefs and with the finest fish on the planet. In 2006, he was recruited from Japan to the famed Hamamori Sushi Bar & Restaurant in Costa Mesa, CA. The restaurant was honored as the #1 sushi restaurant in Orange County by Zagat thanks to Taiki’s loyal following. While visiting California, Chef/Owner of Imoto and būccan, Clay Conley, met Taiki, and the rest is history. Imoto’s fresh menu now features rich, warm flavors from the wood burning grill, as well as an enhanced lineup of special sushi and composed sashimi. Mmm… how delicious!
